About me
About Me
I am an integrative neuro-affirming Child & Adolescent Psychotherapist and Creative Counsellor with over 10 years’ experience. I support children, teenagers and parents. I offer a gentle, inclusive, and relational approach that helps my clients feel safe, understood, and emotionally supported. We start by developing a strong sense of trust within the therapeutic relationship, so that each individual can begin to safely explore whatever challenges they may be facing.
Children & Adolescents
For young people I offer support for a range of emotional and behavioural difficulties, including teen anxiety, life transitions, ASC and ADHD, overwhelm, low self-esteem, and emotionally based school avoidance, providing a personalised alternative to CAMHS. Sessions are child-led and tailored to the individual needs of each young person and may incorporate creative approaches such as play, art-making, mindfulness, CBT, breathwork for regulation and the Dr Dan Hughes PACE model (playfulness, acceptance, curiosity, and empathy) alongside more traditional talk therapy.
Parents & Carers
It is apparent that many parents are feeling isolated and often struggling. I have combined many years of study, practice and experience to create the Conscious Connected Parenting pathway, helping families strengthen connection, improve communication, and better understand their child’s emotional world. I have created a 6 x session framework where we gently explore family patterns, beliefs, and triggers, and consider how these may be influencing the parenting relationship and even blocking the way to finding emotional attunement, confidence and connection. It is deep and powerful work.
I offer a free exploratory call, with sessions available both online and in person in central Petersfield, Hampshire.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have over 12 years of experience working with children and young people across both educational settings and private practice. In 2021, I also co-founded a successful Community Interest Company (CIC) in response to the significant challenges many children in my local community experienced with the return to school after the lockdowns. This goes from strength to strength.
My therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to the unique needs of each individual. Drawing on a range of evidence-based and holistic modalities, I adapt my practice to best support each client. Depending on their needs and preferences, this may include traditional talking therapies, mindfulness, play, creativity, breathwork, and even Reiki when welcomed by the client.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
