About me
I am a qualified integrative counsellor and as a former professional footballer turned therapist, I bring a unique perspective to the world of mental health, wellbeing and performance support. Having experienced firsthand the intense pressures, highs, lows, and identity shifts that come with a career in elite sport, I understand the unspoken challenges high-performers often face in their personal life or in whichever arena they find themselves in. My transition from the changing room to the therapy room was driven by a deep desire to support others navigating similar, high pressure environments. I now work with individuals, teams, and organisations to create space for emotional resilience and personal growth.
I specialise in various mental health struggles such as anxiety, depression, addiction, performance anxiety, confidence and self worth issues, identity shifts, and navigating the emotional demands of high pressured environments.
Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or under pressure? Whether you're an athlete, professional, or someone simply navigating a challenging time, you're not alone - and you don’t have to face it alone. As a counsellor with lived experience in high-performance environments, I offer a safe, confidential space where you can talk openly, gain clarity, and feel supported.
