Sally Frankham Dip Hyp Cs, Dip PC, Ad Dip PC
I offer a caring and non-judgemental counselling service for adults and young people. When you walk in to my Therapy room for the first time I am very aware of how anxious and nervous you may feel and what a huge step that this may be for you. You will receive a warm and friendly welcome and i will aim to make you feel comfortable, safe, and secure.
I will be more than happy to answer any questions that you may have and provide you with any further information that you may need. The final judge of whether a counsellor is right for you can only be yourself and you must trust your own instincts.
My role is to listen and support you in exploring the issues that may be blocking your path towards a happier life and future.
Saying what's on your mind isn't easy, talking about painful and difficult feelings can be hard. I provide a peaceful, and confidential space where you will be listened to and truly heard in a relaxed therapeutic environment. I understand that asking for help can feel difficult. I am an experienced qualified psychotherapist and counsellor who can support you at a a time when you feel overwhelmed, upset or anxious. If you are struggling to cope, feel low or depressed, or you simply need to talk to someone who can help you explore your thoughts and feelings, then please feel free to contact me to arrange a consultation.
