About me

Are you struggling with anxiety, overwhelming stress, or the weight of grief and loss? Are you experiencing work related stress which impacting your relationships with your partner and family?  Perhaps you are an employer finding it too challenging to provide enough support for your team?

You don't have to navigate this journey alone.

I'm a qualified counsellor based in Kent and Brighton and I specialise in supporting adults through some of life's most difficult experiences.   Whether that's the pain of bereavement, the exhaustion of chronic anxiety, LGBTQ challenges or the stress that builds up when life feels unmanageable.

Grief can take many forms. It isn't always about death - it can be the loss of a relationship, a job, your health, or a version of your life you'd imagined. Whatever you're carrying, I offer a space where you can speak freely, without judgement, at your own pace.

For those living with anxiety and stress, I work to help you understand what's driving it, develop tools to manage it and, over time, feel more grounded and in control of your life. Whether you feel you need help with low self-esteem or self-confidence,

My approach is integrative with a person-centred foundation, which means our work is tailored to you as an individual, not a one-size-fits-all method.

I see clients in person in Rochester, Brighton and London, and currently have availability for new clients. Sessions are 60 minutes, and I offer an initial free15 minute telephone consultation so you can get a sense of whether working together feels right.

Taking that first step can feel daunting, but reaching out is often the hardest part. I'd be glad to hear from you.

Onsite workplace sessions are also available for businesses who are looking to provide support for their employees.

I offer sessions face-to-face, online, or by phone. Whether you are dealing with family issues, bereavement, pet loss, relationship struggles, workplace stress, or broader life transitions, I am here to support you in creating meaningful and lasting change.

Evening and Weekend sessions are available
