About me
I am an integrative, relational psychotherapeutic counsellor working with individuals and couples in Central London and online. I work with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships and intimacy, sexuality, LGBTQ+ experiences, neurodivergence, shame, identity and belonging. My approach is exploratory, helping you understand yourself more deeply and the patterns that may be shaping how you relate to yourself and others.
Training, qualifications & experience
I hold a Diploma in Counselling and am continuing advanced training in Integrative Psychotherapy (Level 7) at The Link Centre, with a strong foundation in Transactional Analysis and relational psychotherapy.
My clinical experience includes working with London Friend and Affordable Counselling Network, alongside private practice, working with adults across a broad range of psychological, relational and identity-related concerns.
I have undertaken further specialist training and continuing professional development in Couples & Relationship Therapy, Sex & Sexuality, Neurodivergence and AuDHD, Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), trauma, and Diversity & Power.

I believe therapy is not only about understanding why we are the way we are, but experiencing the possibility of something different. I welcome people from all backgrounds, identities and relationship structures.
