About me
Hi, I’m Sade. I'm a registered Psychologist, an Accredited Cognitive Analytic Therapist, and an EMDR therapist.
You might be feeling stuck in patterns that don’t seem to change. Things can feel confusing and overwhelming. No matter how hard you try, you still find yourself in the same place. I work with people to understand these patterns and where they come from, so things can begin to feel clearer and more manageable.
I offer online therapy for adults within the UK.
Training, qualifications & experience
I specialise in trauma, anxiety, shame and relationship patterns. I qualified in 2016 and have worked across specialist mental health, forensic and trauma-informed services, including personality disorder and higher-risk settings as a senior clinician.
Specific training includes:
- Doctorate in Forensic Psychology
- HCPC Registered Forensic Psychologist
- Accredited Cognitive Analytic Therapist
- EMDR Trained Therapist
- RO-DBT (Level 2 Practitioner Pathway Training)
- Prolonged Exposure for PTSD
- Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD
- Compassion Focused Therapy (specialist training across multiple clinical applications)
- Schema Therapy (ISST-approved, 40 hours)
- Personality, Autism and ADHD gold-standard assessment tools
I continue to develop my practice through ongoing training, supervision and professional accreditation.
Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The Association for Cognitive Analytic Therapy (ACAT) is a registered charity. They welcome members of the public, health professionals, ACAT accredited professionals, and anyone interested in finding out more about CAT. They list CAT practitioners.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.

Further information
I often work with people whose experiences don't fit into a neat single explanation. I work with people that are anxious, overwhelmed, depressed, confused, that have experienced traumatic things in their life, feel like they don't fit in and feel like they are a problem.
