About me

I am a BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist.

I offer evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with components of mindfulness, and Compassionate Focused Therapy in treating common mental health problems such as low mood, anxiety, OCD, low self-esteem and trauma treating children, adolescents and adults.

I am passionate about helping my clients and provide a non-judgmental, empathic and safe space to discuss personal issues you may be experiencing.

I work collaboratively towards your therapy goals with a focus on the importance of a therapeutic relationship. I aim to achieve greater understanding of the issues you are experiencing and exploring strategies and perspectives to move forward.

I offer compassion, warmth & commitment to support you professionally with genuine care.

Therapy offers a unique space where you can feel understood and gain perspective.

I am keen to help you grow and change the way that you relate to others, yourself and the world in general.

Avoiding jargon & complicated language I explain things in a way that is easy to understand and apply, using interesting metaphors, images and stories.

My priority is your wellbeing and helping you achieve progress towards recovery & my clients often highlight how helpful & effective the shared therapy journey has been for them as they move forward.
