About me

I am a BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist.

I offer evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with components of mindfulness, and Compassionate Focused Therapy in treating common mental health problems such as low mood, anxiety, OCD, low self-esteem and trauma treating children, adolescents and adults.

I am passionate about helping my clients and provide a non-judgmental, empathic and safe space to discuss personal issues you may be experiencing.

I work collaboratively towards your therapy goals with a focus on the importance of a therapeutic relationship. I aim to achieve greater understanding of the issues you are experiencing and exploring strategies and perspectives to move forward.

I offer compassion, warmth & commitment to support you professionally with genuine care.

I am keen to help you grow and change the way that you relate to others, yourself and the world in general.

The BABCP is the lead organisation for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in the UK. Membership is open to anyone with an interest in the practice, theory or development of CBT. BABCP accredited members adhere to the Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics in the Practice of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, and are willing to be scrutinised in this adherence as required.

My standard session fee is £100. However, I understand that financial circumstances can vary, and I offer reduced rates for individuals in full-time education, those receiving benefits, or anyone facing financial challenges.
