About me

As an Integrative Counsellor with a Master’s degree in Psychology and Wellbeing, I offer counselling that is tailored to you rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. I draw on person-centred therapy, CBT, transactional analysis and psychodynamic theory, bringing together different perspectives to understand your experiences, patterns and what matters to you.

I can help you develop greater self-understanding, confidence and clarity, navigate relationships and life changes, and make sense of patterns that may be affecting your wellbeing. I won’t tell you what to do, as you are the expert on yourself. Together, we can work towards meaningful change at your pace.

You don’t need to have the right words or know exactly where to begin. I offer a calm, non-judgemental space where you can speak openly and be yourself. If my approach feels like a good fit for you, I’d be glad to hear from you.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have several years of experience in caring, supportive and community roles. My experience includes home personal care, supporting vulnerable adults and older people, including administering palliative care, as well as counselling and befriending older people and supporting mothers and families.

I have also worked with people from diverse cultural backgrounds and continue to support trauma survivors through my work with DORCAS FGM Charity.

These experiences have given me the opportunity to meet and support people across a wide range of life circumstances, strengthening my understanding of empathy, compassion, individuality and the importance of creating a space where people feel respected and heard.
