About me
- Are you looking to become unstuck from a vicious cycle of thinking and behaving?
- Are you looking to explore how your present issues might be rooted in early life experiences?
- Are you simply looking to have a safe and confidential space to explore where you are at in life?
I can support you with all of these things, and an initial assessment can help us explore and identify the possible focus of our work.
I believe that we all possess the knowledge and resources to address our problems - I see my role as helping you to unlock these resources and access a healthier, happier version of yourself.
I am a fully qualified Integrative Therapist, registered with the BABCP and BACP. I offer a warm, friendly and non-judgemental space. I have a Post-graduate Diploma in CBT and Integrative Counselling. This means I can offer a number different therapeutic approaches in order to meet your needs; I endeavour to tailor treatment to each individual client.
It can be difficult to take the first step to getting help and also difficult to navigate all of the options, so I offer a free initial telephone chat to help you make sense of it all and consider whether my approach would be right for you.

school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The BABCP is the lead organisation for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in the UK. Membership is open to anyone with an interest in the practice, theory or development of CBT. BABCP also provides accreditation for CBT therapists. BABCP accredited members adhere to the Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics in the Practice of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, and are willing to be scrutinised in this adherence as required.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
