Let me reassure you that I will help you to ease into your counselling journey by offering a welcoming, confidential, non-judgemental and safe space to help you make sense of and understand the root cause of what's troubling you. Whether you choose in person or online counselling, I will offer emotional support whilst helping you work through potentially overwhelming thoughts and feelings. The goal is to help reduce your distress and build personal resilience for the future

I can help you with a number of areas that may be troubling you. My specialisms include: working through the menopause transition, grief, loss and bereavement, self esteem and confidence, performance anxiety, general anxiety disorders, depression and low mood, unhelpful/ negative thinking and trust issues to name a few.

As a committed practitioner, I am constantly increasing my knowledge and continuing professional development with specialist training, most recently in order to best support clients during the menopause transition and with anxiety and chronic stress.

Experience

I have worked extensively with adults and elders (face to face and online) with a variety of concerns, personal challenges and overwhelming feelings. I have also worked with carers for loved ones, allowing me to understand the impact on a carer's life they face on a daily basis in addition to navigating their own personal challenges and life experiences.
