About me
Hi, my name is Rosanna and I'm an experienced Counselling Psychologist specialising in mental health and offering face to face and online psychological therapy to adults. I have over twelve years experience working with individuals experiencing a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, stress and burnout, personality disorder, work stress, loss and bereavement and low self esteem.
I offer face to face therapy based in Kings Langley (Hertfordshire) or online or telephone sessions for UK wide clients. Alongside my private practice I am also employed as a Psychologist working for an NHS Adult community mental health team specialising in psychotherapy.
Whatever your needs I believe in creating a safe environment where you can feel empowered to explore your experiences and enhance your wellbeing.
I specialise in relational and attachment based models of therapy, specifically psychodynamic and mentalisation based therapy. In this type of therapy we focus on exploring your thoughts and feelings, making links between present and present and increasing your depth of self understanding.
You can trust that I will act in your best interests at all times and I adhere closely to the HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council) and BPS (British Psychologist Society) ethical frameworks for psychologist professions.
If you'd like to get in touch to discuss how we might work together please do reach out for a free initial telephone conversation.

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
