About me
Hello and welcome to my profile.
I anticipate that if you are here, you are looking for the right person to help you. I don’t know if that is me, but I can tell you what I offer, and you can decide.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel daunting, but it is a powerful commitment to your well-being. Whether you are looking to resolve a specific issue or simply want to understand yourself better, I can work with you to help you make that progress.
As an Integrative Counsellor, I don’t believe in a 'one-size-fits-all' approach. Instead, I intuitively tailor our sessions by blending proven modalities to meet your specific needs. This allows us to explore your past and present experiences with both structure and flexibility.
I aim to offer structure and a collaborative environment where you feel truly heard. Together, we will navigate your challenges at a pace that feels right for you, helping you develop the tools needed for lasting change."
My passion for this work comes from a personal place; I know firsthand how life-changing therapy can be. My goal is to enable you to build the self-worth and confidence needed to navigate whatever life throws your way. In our sessions, you will find a safe, non-judgmental, and compassionate space where you are truly heard.
Let’s discuss how we can work together to help you feel like yourself again.
I offer short term or long term counselling and can provide different rates for block booking of sessions if short term work is required.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
