Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

The therapy is open-ended and you decide when you want to finish but I ask that you agree to have a final session so that we can sum up the work we have done together and have a proper ending. I also offer single-session therapy if that is appropriate.
Initially, we will discuss your previous experience or expectations of therapy and what you wish to focus on and work out some goals for the therapy together.
