About me
Offering personalised online therapy, if you're dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, anger, trauma or addiction, I am here to support you. I can also help if you're feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or facing challenges in your work or relationships. If concentration, academic pressures, or life changes or family issues are weighing on you, I’m here to help.
Alongside a successful career in Business IT, I've studied and worked part-time in Mental Health since 2009. I've previously worked as a Trauma Therapist with the NHS for 6 years, and since leaving there, as a volunteer Counsellor and Mentor at Childline (counselling young people up to the age of 19), and in my private practice.
I provide collaborative, evidence-based and solution-focused therapy, specialising in anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships and cross-cultural issues.
Training, qualifications & experience
I hold a Diploma in Human Givens Psychotherapy (2010) from the Human Givens College and a PostGraduate Diploma in Psychotherapy (2011) from Nottingham Trent University.
Human Givens therapy is accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
Member organisations

The Human Givens Institute (HGI) is both a membership organisation and a professional body representing the interests of those in the caring and teaching professions who have an interest in or utilise the human givens approach. Counselling Directory register Registered Members (MHGI) and Fellow Members (FHGI), who will have completed the Post Graduate Practitioner's Assessment (Part III) and who are fully qualified to practise as a human givens therapist or counsellor. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
