Dr Rita Squarza is a Chartered Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, and a UKCP-registered psychotherapist. She is also a Certified Transactional Analyst (CTA; qualified member of UKATA and EATA), a Certified Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP), and a Jungian coach.

With over 25 years’ experience in Clinical Psychology and Neuroscience, she offers integrative counselling and psychotherapy for adults, young adults, and couples. Her approach is warm, supportive, and highly personalised, providing a safe and confidential space to explore challenges and work towards meaningful change.

As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
