About me
I am a qualified Person Centred Therapist with a deep passion for supporting others through their journey. I have experience working with trauma clients and have a special interest in working with trauma and inner child healing. I also have experience working with anxiety, fear, depression, shame, and guilt. Life can bring a lot of challenges, and we can get caught up and lose sight of who we are. I can help you find yourself again.
I offer a warm, calm, and comfortable space where you can explore areas of your life that you may find difficult to understand or cope with. I will work at your pace, offering compassion to help you understand yourself better. We are all unique, and our journey and experiences are different to others, no-one's journey is the same.

Training, qualifications & experience
I have completed an FdSc Counselling and Psychotherapy, and I am currently studying level 6 to complete my degree.
I have also completed various CPD Training, including Trauma, Inner Child Work, and Russian Dolls.
I will continue to further my knowledge in this field.

In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

I believe therapy should feel as accessible as possible. Concession and Student rates are available. I may ask for brief evidence of eligibility, and this will always be handled sensitively and in confidence. I kindly ask that payment is made by bank transfer before the session.
