About me
Read time: 2 minutes
Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected? Do you struggle with breaking free from old patterns, even though you know there’s more to who you are? You’re not alone. Many people find themselves stuck, even with a deep understanding of their emotions. If you're feeling lost in how to move through this pain or unsure of how to make sense of it all, I can help.
I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your emotions freely—without shame or pressure. Together, we’ll work through what’s holding you back, whether it’s fear, self-doubt, or the weight of unresolved feelings.
I’m Rebekah, a registered MBACP Integrative Psychotherapist based in Kings Cross, London. With a Masters in Integrative Psychotherapy & Counselling and three years of experience working with clients, I believe deeply in the power of authentic, human connection to heal. I’ve navigated my own struggles in life, and it’s through these personal experiences that I truly understand the challenges of feeling disconnected or overwhelmed. I know how exhausting it can be to face each day when you’re feeling lost or stuck. My role is to walk alongside you as we build a therapeutic relationship that’s rooted in trust and empathy.
As a relational therapist, I see the therapeutic alliance we create as the heart of the work we’ll do together. Therapy with me is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs. While I may bring expertise to our sessions, you are the expert on your own life. Together, we’ll co-create a space where you’re in the driver’s seat, moving at a pace that feels right for you. You will be seen as a whole person, not just the parts of you that feel broken. In our work together, I’ll help you explore not only your emotions but how those emotions show up in your body. Understanding the mind-body connection is key to deep healing, and I’ll be with you every step of the way.
I currently have two available slots on Saturday mornings and Tuesday evenings. If you're ready to start the journey of healing, I would be honored to support you.
I work face to face and remotely with clients on a weekly basis for 50 minutes. My professional experience has included working with clients with a range of issues, including but not limited to, dissociation, anxiety, depression, loss, grief, bereavement, the breakdown of relationships and marriages, sexuality, identity, ADHD, low self-esteem and loss of sense of self.
Starting Therapy
Initial consultation
Prior to our first session I offer a free 20 minute telephone or zoom consultation which gives you the opportunity to express why you are seeking therapy and to discuss your therapeutic goals. This consultation also allows me the opportunity to ask questions, to find out about you, your history and background, and for us to both get a sense of each other. This consultation gives us both an opportunity to see if we could work together and does not bind you to starting therapy.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
