About me

I am a qualified integrative counsellor offering a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space to explore whatever may be troubling you.

I have a particular focus on working with young women (14–25) experiencing anxiety, including overthinking, low self-esteem, and feeling overwhelmed or “stuck” in life. Early adulthood can bring pressure, uncertainty, and self-doubt, and I aim to provide a space where you can feel heard, understood, and more in control.

Alongside this, I also work with children, young people, and adults, supporting a range of emotional and relational difficulties.

How I Work

As an integrative counsellor, I draw on approaches including Gestalt therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), tailoring sessions to suit you as an individual.

I work collaboratively and at your pace. You don’t need to have the “right words” or a clear starting point—therapy can begin wherever you are.

I also offer creative ways of working, including sand tray, play, and other creative interventions. This can be particularly helpful for children, young people, or anyone who finds it difficult to express thoughts and feelings verbally. These approaches can gently help explore emotions in a way that feels more natural and less pressured.

Experience

I have experience supporting clients with:
 • Anxiety and overthinking
 • Low self-esteem and self-confidence
 • Relationship difficulties
 • Life transitions and feeling stuck
 • Identity and self-exploration

I hold additional training in working with children and young people (CYP) and have worked in a specialist educational setting supporting children with neurodivergent profiles, including autism, ADHD, and a range of additional emotional and learning needs.

Adoption Support

I have completed an adoption-focused therapist programme and offer support to:
 • Adult adoptees
 • Individuals and families going through the adoption process
 • The wider family and support network

I understand that adoption can bring complex feelings around identity, belonging, and relationships, and I offer a safe space to explore these at your own pace.

Sessions

I offer face-to-face and online sessions, providing flexibility depending on your needs.
