About me
Welcome,
If you’re feeling stuck, disconnected from yourself, or struggling in your relationships, I invite you to take a moment to learn more about who I am and how I work.
I offer a reflective, compassionate space where we can explore what matters to you, at your own pace and in your own words. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, low self-worth, identity questions, cultural transitions, or relationship challenges, therapy can be a place to reconnect with your inner clarity and strength.
With a background in existential psychotherapy and additional training in trauma-informed and holistic approaches, I tailor our work to your unique situation. I don’t believe in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, I aim to meet you as you are, and walk alongside you in making sense of your experiences.
Therapy, for me, is a space for honest conversation, where you can explore your thoughts and emotions, reflect on your values, and consider the life you want to move toward. I work collaboratively, respecting your perspective while offering professional insight to help you grow in self-understanding and agency.
Sessions are available online, so wherever you are in the world, we can work together in a way that’s accessible and flexible. If you’re curious about starting therapy, I offer a free 15-minute call to see whether we might be a good fit.
Warmly,
Rebecca Rönnhult Tepper

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
