About me

Who do I support?

I specialise in supporting driven individuals who are ready to rise above thoughts, feelings or fears that are currently dis-empowering them. This could include overthinking, imposter syndrome, people pleasing or perfectionism. Are you ready to replace self-doubt & over thinking, with limitless confidence & self-compassion, so that you can live in integrity with your true self, elevate into your potential & achieve success & happiness in your way?

What do I support with?

You may find that you're holding yourself back & not reaching your full potential, you may find that you're comparing yourself to others or often distracted by your busy mind, it may be that you doubt yourself or notice your inner critic is loud & overwhelming... or it could be that you are ready to grow, evolve & reach your full potential but want to feel clearer, more confident & more empowered with making that happen. These are just a few examples of what I support people with & whatever it is, I know that with the right tools, support & perspective you can overcome the consuming thoughts or feelings, limiting beliefs & disempowering patterns so that you can become the best version of yourself & achieve success & happiness in your way.

How can I support you?

The focus & vision for all the clients I work with is individual to them but often includes identifying & overcoming how their struggles play out in relation to their education, personal relationships, personal development or work/career/business.

I believe that self-awareness, understanding & compassion are at the core of positive change. They provide us with meaning, choices & the opportunity to heal, evolve & grow into the best version of ourselves. I will provide you with a safe & confidential space, to be heard, validated, understood & we will work together to explore on a deeper level what is limiting you right now & how we can overcome & change this.

How to get started?

If you're interested in receiving support, please get in touch via email or phone. We will book in your free consultation where we will get to know each other to see if we would be a good fit & then in our first session we will explore the blocks you'd like to overcome & the goals you'd like to work towards during our time together.

What happens in sessions?

Sessions may look different each week... sometimes they will feel informal & like a reflective open space for us to identify & understand whats limiting you & why. Other sessions may include more focussed goal setting & action planning so that you feel clear about how to move forward & create change in your reality. Some sessions may include exploring tools, techniques & teachings to enable you to overcome particular thoughts, feelings, patterns, struggles or blocks. We will work together in a fluid & flexible way depending on what you need from the space & when. Sessions will either be held weekly or fortnightly & can be either short or long term, depending on what you need. We will review the support regularly to check that you are getting what you need from the space & so that we can adapt it where necessary or revise the goals/focus together.

Training, qualifications & experience

How am I different?

I am certified & trusted with a background working in the public sector & over 10 years of experience in the psychology field, supporting adults & young people. As a qualified therapist & coach, I have a unique & powerful way of blending the two approaches enabling you to compassionately identify, understand & overcome the thoughts, feelings, beliefs & fears that are limiting you right now, whilst also supporting you to gain clarity on the vision for your future & take the aligned action to create this in your reality. The combination is important because if it was as easy as 'doing the things', you'd already be doing it, right?!

What is my approach?

My approach is friendly, compassionate & empowering. You are the expert in you, no one else & so we will work together to enable you to overcome the challenges & identify the choices, opportunities & solutions that are right for you. I truly & deeply care about the individuals I work with & in doing so, I am committed to my own personal, professional growth & development. To me, investing in yourself isn't about 'what you get for your money', it's about who you get to become through that journey.

For as long as I can remember I have been deeply curious & interested in people, the way their mind works & how their experiences (positive & not so positive!) have shaped them. I developed a real hunger for personal development & growth both for myself, & others too... to better understand ourselves, improve how we feel, overcome the blocks holding us back & be the best version of ourselves.

What is my training?

I am trained in a number of modalities & offer different packages of support, making my work with individuals holistic & bespoke. I combine qualifications, life lessons, intuition, psychology, neuro-science, spirituality & more into my philosophy, meeting you exactly where you are & offering what you need.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
