About me

Hello!

Life can be overwhelming sometimes, and it is easy to feel stuck with emotions, thoughts, and behaviours. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is a practical, evidence-based approach that can help you understand yourself better and empower you to develop healthier patterns.

We will use a collaborative approach to understand and work through your difficulties. The aim is to help you add skills and techniques to improve your life. I have a warm and relaxed therapy style to provide a safe space for positive, meaningful change.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have worked in mental health for 10 years and helped people gain confidence and reclaim their lives.

I am a Qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and registered with the BABCP. I currently work for an NHS service and private practice.

I help support people with common mental health problems using evidence-based treatment.

I can help with anxiety, depression, OCD, panic, social anxiety, PTSD and interpersonal difficulties. NICE-recommended guidelines recommend CBT.
