About me
A space for you to rediscover yourself.
Hello, I’m Rebecca. I offer a confidential space for you to explore anything that is troubling you; navigate difficult thoughts and feelings; understand yourself more fully; and rediscover your true, unique self.
I think of therapy as an inner journey. As your therapist, I will accompany you, travelling alongside as a supportive companion. I offer a calm, grounded, and non-judgemental presence. I understand that it may take time to feel safe with me - I’m a stranger, after all - so I will not hurry you.
There can be many reasons for seeking therapy. You may know exactly why you’re here, or you might not be able to quite put your finger on what’s wrong. Maybe something just feels ‘off’. Perhaps you’ve been struggling with something for so long that it feels normal, but you’d like to see if that could change.
Working together, we can explore the tangle of thoughts and feelings and gradually tease things apart. As you start to see yourself more clearly and remember who you really are, beneath the rules, beliefs, and ways of being that you have taken on, it becomes possible to find new ways of living.
As an integrative transpersonal therapist, I bring together several ways of working, tailoring the therapy to your individual needs. I also consider the soulful aspect of being human.

What next?
I offer a free 15-minute telephone call to see if we might be a good fit. During that call, we can briefly explore your reasons for seeking therapy and how I might help. I will also answer any questions you may have. Please contact me if you would like to arrange an appointment.
