About me
My name is Rebecca and I am a qualified integrative counsellor. My focus is on the person(s) to assist, heal, energise, and help them recognise their inner qualities and strengths and acquire empowerment. We will accomplish this together, in a non-judgemental, safe environment, whilst developing a therapeutic relationship.
We will work together to create a safe and trusting setting where you will feel comfortable. You will get a strong sense of self-awareness throughout the sessions and together we will explore your thoughts and feelings that are stopping you from progressing in your life.
Our judgements can frequently be clouded by anxiety, stress and sadness. My goal is to inspire and empower you. Together we will overcome your obstacles, recover from your suffering and advance to the place in your life where you want to be.
