About me
Hello, I’m Raisa, the Clinical Director of Nirvana Circle Therapy, a small team of highly trained, trauma-informed clinicians in London. We offer culturally attuned care to individuals, couples, and families - especially those from diverse ethnic backgrounds - looking to actively break intergenerational and relational patterns. Our work together will be grounded, relational, and depth-oriented. We also provide psychological assessments, including ADHD evaluations, and offer extended-format therapy for more focused support.
At Nirvana Circle Therapy, we approach healing with cultural humility, clinical depth, and a strong respect for the complexity of your lived experience. Our work together may focus on:
- Understanding and shifting generational or relational patterns
- Healing from attachment trauma or family dysfunction
- Exploring identity, belonging, and cultural narratives
- Increasing emotional resilience and self-awareness
- Making sense of ADHD or other neurodiverse experiences
- Strengthening relationship dynamics (as an individual or couple).
We also offer psychological assessments, including ADHD evaluations, to help you gain deeper clarity about emotional and behavioural challenges. These are offered in a thoughtful, affirming, and non-pathologizing way—especially for those who may have been overlooked or misdiagnosed.
If you identify as a ‘cycle-breaker,’ are in a life transition, or feel ready for deeper, focused therapeutic work, I welcome the opportunity to support you.

school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
