About me

Update: Now offering in-person sessions in Stanmore HA7

Specialist therapy for individuals and couples

You may feel anxious, disconnected, or overwhelmed in relationships...
You may have a strong outer life - but an inner world filled with pressure, doubt, or emotional numbness...
Maybe communication keeps breaking down...
Or maybe in your relationship you're navigating cultural, religious, or family dynamics that no one around you seems to talk about - let alone give you tools to work through.

Hello! I’m Raisa, the Clinical Director at Nirvana Circle Therapy and senior licensed clinical psychologist with over 13 years of experience. I'm based in London and run my practice in North-west London (Stanmore).

Sessions are in-person or online.

I am a passionate clinical psychologist dedicated to supporting individuals and couples on their healing journeys. My work focuses on helping clients overcome trauma, build self-worth, and break intergenerational cycles. I have extensive experience working with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and identity exploration.

If you're seeking to break free from unhealthy attachment patterns and committed to breaking the cycle of generational trauma - I see you. If you consider yourself a 'cycle-breaker' - we'd be a great fit!

Specialisations:

  • High-functioning anxiety
  • Depression and low mood + self esteem issues
  • OCD & Perfectionism
  • Trauma +complex PTSD
  • Intergenerational trauma
  • Relationship and attachment trauma
  • Addictions (single and poly substance use)
  • Codependency

I understand the importance of finding a therapist who not only understands your cultural context but also resonates with your personal experiences. If you're ready to take the next step toward prioritising yourself, I invite you to reach out, and we can schedule a free initial 15-minute video call to determine if we’re the right fit for each other.

Note: I currently take enquiries via email only.
