Specialist therapy for individuals and couples
You may feel anxious, disconnected, or overwhelmed in relationships...
You may have a strong outer life - but an inner world filled with pressure, doubt, or emotional numbness...
Maybe communication keeps breaking down...
Or maybe in your relationship you're navigating cultural, religious, or family dynamics that no one around you seems to talk about - let alone give you tools to work through.
Hello! I’m Raisa, the Clinical Director at Nirvana Circle Therapy and senior licensed clinical psychologist with over 13 years of experience. I'm based in London and run my practice in North-west London (Stanmore).
Sessions are in-person or online.
I am a passionate clinical psychologist dedicated to supporting individuals and couples on their healing journeys. I have extensive experience working with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and identity exploration.
If you're seeking to break free from unhealthy attachment patterns and committed to breaking the cycle of generational trauma - I see you. If you consider yourself a 'cycle-breaker' - we'd be a great fit!

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
