About me
Throughout my adolescent years, I found great inspiration in the book "The Power of the Subconscious Mind". Since then, I have dedicated myself to delving deeper into the complexities of human behavior and the underlying processes that drive it. This pursuit has led me to achieve a Masters Degree in Sociology of Culture from Maria Curie-Sklodowska University, as well as a Diploma in Leadership and Management at CMI level 5, a Diploma in Hypnotherapy, and an Advanced Diploma in Counseling.
In addition to formal education, I have furthered my knowledge through relentless self-study. Over the years, I have gained extensive professional experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, ages, and facing a range of challenges. By assisting them in building self-confidence and improving self-esteem, I have guided many towards a brighter future.
In my counseling practice, I employ an integrative approach, utilizing various modalities such as hypnotherapy, humanistic approach, CBT, psychodynamics, transactional analysis, and the Inner/Outer child framework to customize programs that meet the unique needs of each client. My specialty lies in the healing of past traumas, recovery from abuse, and support for survivors of domestic abuse.
