About me

As a teenager I was inspired by the book "The Power of the Subconscious Mind" and since that then I have been committed to deepening my understanding of human behaviour and the underlying processes.  As a result, I have achieved a Masters Degree in Sociology of Culture at  Maria-Curie Sklodowska University and further developed my knowledge of the subject by selected self-study and professional courses of  Leadership and  Management, Violence de-escalation and prevention,  Instructor (various topics) and Mentor.

Over the years, I have been working professionally and as a volunteer with people from different backgrounds, ages, and with various issues,  helping people to achieve their best, by helping them to build up their confidence, self-esteem and guiding them towards a better future.

Counselling and Hypnotherapy study are the next step of my journey and I am committed to helping you to live your life entirely free from shadows of the past, free from stresses of everyday life and to help you to fulfil your dreams.
