About me

The book The Power of the Subconscious Mind inspired me throughout my adolescent years. Since then, I have dedicated myself to delving deeper into the complexities of human behaviour and the underlying processes that drive it. This pursuit has led me to achieve a master's Degree in Sociology of Culture from Maria Curie-Sklodowska University, a Diploma in Leadership and Management at CMI level 5, a Diploma in Hypnotherapy, and an Advanced Diploma in Counseling.

In addition to formal education, I have furthered my knowledge through relentless self-study. Over the years, I have gained extensive professional experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and ages and facing various challenges. I have guided many towards a brighter future by assisting them in building self-confidence and improving self-esteem.

In my counselling practice, I employ an integrative approach, utilising various modalities such as hypnotherapy, humanistic approach, CBT, psychodynamics, transactional analysis, and the Inner/Outer child framework to customise programs that meet each client's unique needs. My speciality lies in the healing of past traumas, recovery from abuse, and support for survivors of domestic abuse.
