Running on Empty? When life feels as though it's taking more from you than you have to give, counselling offers space to recharge, reflect and reconnect with yourself.
Too Much To Do? Learn to quiet the constant pressure, set healthier boundaries and stop feeling as though you're carrying everything alone.
Lost Yourself? Rediscover who you are beneath the responsibilities and begin living in a way that feels true to you.
Feeling on Edge? Understand your anxiety, break free from overthinking and find a greater sense of calm.
Struggling with Change? Whether you're grieving, adjusting or facing uncertainty, therapy can help you process what's happened and move forward.
Believing You're Not Good Enough? Explore where those beliefs began and build a kinder, more compassionate relationship with yourself.
Maybe not all of this fits, but if some of it feels familiar, perhaps it's time to have a space that's just for you, where you can:
- make sense of what's been happening
- feel less overwhelmed by everything you're carrying
- discover who you are now, with compassion for everything you've been through
- find your own version of joy and a greater sense of calm
I currently offer online counselling via Zoom, either weekly, fortnightly or monthly, at £60 per session (60-minutes).
I am also looking into renting a room in Torfaen, South Wales, with possible availability for in person sessions from September - to be confirmed.
Contact me for a free 15 minute, no obligation, chat to talk through your hopes for counselling and to see if we could work well together.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Additional information
I offer a free 15 minute chat over the phone so you can get a feel for whether we could work well together and ask any questions.
Following this, 60-minute counselling sessions are £60, weekly or fortnightly
I can also provide an initial longer 90-minute appointment at £100, which includes personalised resources and information sent across to you following the session. This can be attended either as a one-off solution-focused appointment or followed by additional 60-minute counselling sessions.
Further information
Please contact me if you would like to find out more if we could work together, with no obligation to continue with therapy thereafter, and I can answer any questions you may have.
Please know that I am unable to work with students who study at Cardiff University due to my job role as counsellor at the University.
