About me

A bit about me

Hello and thank you for your interest in my counselling profile. I understand that taking the first step to therapy can feel a bit daunting, so I'm really happy that you reached out for help, whatever difficulty you are experiencing - big or small. Whether you’re struggling with life challenges, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, feeling emotionally stuck, or exhausted from holding it all together, you’re not alone. I can offer you a safe, non-judgemental space to explore  these issues together and navigate your thoughts and feelings to build self-awareness, clarity, and confidence to help you move forward to a better future.

My therapeutic approach

I use a person-centred approach at the core complemented by psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) techniques to help people understand and address patterns shaped by past experiences to reduce intrusive thoughts and self-defeating behaviours.

What I Can Help With

I have experience in helping a wide range of clients with emotional regulation, social anxiety, rejection sensitivity, communication, bullying, family and relationship problems. Also supporting individuals with neurodiverse conditions e.g. ADHD/autism/dyslexia, as well as mental and physical health diagnoses, in developing strategies for a better quality of life. Whatever you want to bring to therapy, I am open to exploring this with you and working together towards positive change.
