About me

I work with couples and individuals who feel stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward in their relationships or sex lives.

Some clients come to therapy after months of conflict, emotional distance, loss of intimacy, or infidelity. Others may struggle with self-esteem, attachment patterns, communication difficulties, or understanding who they are within relationships.

I offer a warm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where we can explore what may be happening beneath the surface. Together, we look at patterns, emotional responses, communication, and the experiences that may be keeping you stuck.

Alongside relationship therapy, I am also training in Psychosexual Therapy (sex therapy). I support clients experiencing sexual difficulties such as erectile dysfunction (E.D.), early ejaculation, low sexual desire, painful sex, and anxiety around intimacy or performance. I also work with individuals and couples experiencing differences in desire and connection, and I offer an affirming, shame-free space to explore sexuality, gender identity, kink, and fetish.

My way of working is collaborative and adapted to the individual. I draw from Imago Relationship Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), attachment-focused work, and person-centred approaches.

Before moving into private practice, I worked with BetterHelp, North East Counselling Service (NECS), and ABC Counselling Services, supporting clients with a wide range of emotional, relational, and personal difficulties.

I am also a qualified Clinical Supervisor and offer reflective, creative supervision for counsellors and therapists looking for a supportive space to think about their client work and professional development.

All sessions are currently offered online, creating a flexible, confidential, and accessible space wherever you are based.

If you are feeling disconnected, emotionally exhausted, stuck in repeating patterns, or struggling with intimacy and communication, therapy can help you better understand yourself, your relationships, and the changes you want to make.
