I offer therapeutic counselling, psychotherapy, supervision, training and coaching within travelling distance of Rhos, Colwyn Bay, Rhyl, Llandudno, Bangor and surrounding areas. I am a fully qualified and experienced therapist with 17 years experience, accredited with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and a full registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I am a BUPA Approved Provider.
There are many reasons why you might want to enter into therapy and I can assist you with many issues. For example, bereavement, grief and loss, sexuality, depression, addictions, phobias, anxiety, sexual abuse, physical abuse, reparenting, relationship issues, illness, infertility and loss of meaning. I have extensive experience of working with issues around sexuality and gender, this includes coming out, relational difficulties, gender and sexual roles and gender dysphoria/gender reassignment.
I also have particular experience of working with infertility, offering individuals or couples support through diagnosis, treatment and beyond. This includes support for those undergoing assisted conception techniques including IVF, pregnancy and also for women and couples who have miscarried or lost a child at birth.
I offer coaching, a forward focussed process, to help you set goals, make changes and achieve your ambitions or targets. Coaching can be personally or professionally focussed and designed to help you get the most out of your life.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a Provisional Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst (PTSTA) as well as a Certified Transactional Analyst (CTA) and accredited by the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).
I am a member of the British Association of Counsellors & Psychotherapists (BACP) This means I am fully qualified to BACP's exacting standards and I have extensive experience working with clients for nearly 17 years.
I am a registered member of the United Kingdom Association for Transactional Analysis (UKATA) who are a member organisation of the United Kingdom Council of Psychotherapists (UKCP), as well as a member of the International Association for Transactional Analysis.
I have additional qualifications in brief solutions focussed therapy, CBT, hypnotherapy, play therapy, life coaching and substance misuse as well as specialist training in infertility, self harm, therapeutic work with children, domestic violence and mental health.
I have life coaching qualifications, through a European and UK accreditation training organisation.

Coaching: £30-50 per hour
I provide individual and group supervision to qualified and student therapists. My primary modality is Transactional Analysis and can also work with integrative and person centred therapists.
I also offer CPD training and a Diploma qualification in counselling and psychotherapy, including qualifications working with children & young people.
