About me

I offer therapeutic counselling, psychotherapy, supervision, training and coaching within travelling distance of Rhos, Colwyn Bay, Rhyl, Llandudno, Bangor and surrounding areas. I am a fully qualified and experienced therapist with 18 years experience, accredited with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP)  and a full registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I am a BUPA Approved Provider.

There are many reasons why you might want to enter into therapy and I can assist you with many issues. For example, bereavement, grief and loss, sexuality, depression, addictions, phobias, anxiety, sexual abuse, physical abuse, reparenting, relationship issues, illness, infertility and loss of meaning. This isn't a definitive list so please contact me if you feel your issue doesn't fit into the above categories.

I offer short term and long term therapy.

I work with adults, couples, children & young people, offering short and long term therapy.

I have extensive experience of working with issues around sexuality and gender, this includes coming out, relational difficulties, gender and sexual roles and gender dysphoria/gender reassignment.

I also have particular experience of working with infertility, offering individuals or couples support through diagnosis, treatment and beyond. This includes support for those undergoing assisted conception techniques including IVF, pregnancy and also for women and couples who have miscarried or lost a child at birth.

I offer coaching, a forward focused process, to help you set goals, make changes and achieve your ambitions or targets. Coaching can be personally or professionally focused and designed to help you get the most out of your life.
