About me
I’m a psychotherapist offering a warm, engaged, and supportive space for adults facing challenges such as anxiety, self-esteem issues, relationship difficulties, trauma, and personal fulfillment. I work both in-person in Bath and online, providing flexible weekday and Saturday sessions. My approach is integrative, combining evidence-based therapies like Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and mindfulness practices.
I’m a proactive therapist, which means I’m actively involved in our work together. In sessions, we’ll explore your thoughts, feelings, and past experiences, identifying your goals for growth. Through a collaborative and personalized approach, we’ll work on strategies to help you navigate life’s challenges, build emotional resilience, and develop a deeper connection to yourself.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a fully qualified psychotherapist with five years of experience working in private practice and with EAP (Employee Assistance Program) providers. Over this time, I’ve supported individuals dealing with challenges like anxiety, self-esteem issues, relationship struggles, and trauma.
I hold a post-graduate diploma in psychology and a degree in integrative psychotherapy from a solely humanistic therapy institute in Australia. My approach draws on humanistic principles, alongside evidence-based therapies like Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness. I am committed to ongoing professional development to ensure I provide the most effective support to my clients.
