About me

I am a fully qualified, MNCPS (Accred) and (MBACP) counsellor specialising in working with children and adults, people aged 11 to 65+. As a certified person-centred therapist and counsellor, I use a pluralistic approach to help my clients start their journey of self-discovery, to find their authentic voice, and empower themselves to follow their path courageously and meaningfully.

Individual Therapy

My counselling practice is centred around you, the client. I strive to provide a warm, trusting, and supportive space where we can work collaboratively to explore and address any concerns you may be facing in your day-to-day life.

I believe that building a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship is key to gaining deeper insight and understanding into the reasons that have brought you to counselling.

Every individual is unique — what works for one person may not work for another. That’s why I take an integrative approach, tailoring the therapeutic process to suit your personal needs and experiences. Together, we will find the most helpful way forward for your unique counselling journey.

Do you feel like your partner isn’t hearing or understanding you?
Are you stuck in the same arguments — sometimes over the smallest things?

  • Couples therapy can help.

I support couples in developing healthier communication patterns, improving emotional connection, and resolving ongoing conflict. I’ve facilitated important conversations around finances, helping partners create shared goals and financial plans. I’ve also worked with couples facing challenges around intimacy, parenting, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

In therapy, I provide a neutral, supportive space where both partners can express themselves openly and feel truly heard. Together, we work toward building stronger understanding, empathy, and long-lasting connection.

Are you planning on getting married? Why not invest in your future together with premarital counselling?
  • This is the best opportunity to strengthen your relationship by improving communication, setting realistic expectations, enhancing problem solving, and fostering a deeper understanding of each other's values and goals. Start your union with the tools that you need to make married life blissful. I am here to help create a safe space to discuss finances, intimacy, family planning, and conflict resolution, creating a strong foundation for a stable, committed, and happy marriage while increasing resilience against future stress.

What I Offer
As a therapist, I provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for you to offload, reflect, and work through the challenges you’re facing. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, relationship issues, low mood, or simply need someone to talk to, I’m here to help you explore your thoughts and emotions and support you in finding a way forward.

What I Offer
I provide flexible counselling options tailored to suit your needs and preferences:

Face-to-face sessions
Meet in a private, comfortable space—perfect for those who value in-person connection and the therapeutic benefit of stepping into a neutral environment

Telephone counselling
Accessible and convenient, this option allows you to engage in therapy from anywhere. Evidence shows that telephone therapy can be as interactive and effective as face-to-face counselling in terms of empathy, attentiveness, and building a strong therapeutic relationship.

Video (Skype/online) counselling
Combines the benefits of visual connection with the flexibility of remote access. Ideal if you want the comfort of your own space alongside visual cues that enrich communication.

Who I Work With
I support individuals across the life spectrum—children, young people, adolescents, adults, and parents—offering both short-term and long-term counselling tailored to your journey.

Session Frequency
I recommend meeting weekly, as consistent sessions help build trust, deepen the therapeutic alliance, and sustain progress over time.
