About me

You might look like you’re coping on the outside, but feel stuck inside your own thoughts.

You may find yourself overthinking conversations, replaying what you said, or second-guessing your decisions long after they’ve happened. Even when nothing is “wrong” on the surface, there can still be a constant sense of anxiety, self-doubt, or feeling emotionally unsettled.

Some people describe feeling like they keep ending up in the same kinds of relationships, where they struggle to trust others, or even trust themselves. You might notice patterns of people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, or feeling emotionally drained after certain relationships, whether with partners, family, friends, or at work.

If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone, and it doesn’t mean there is something wrong with you. These patterns often develop for understandable reasons, especially from earlier relational experiences.

How I can help
I’m an integrative therapist offering a warm, grounded and collaborative space where you can explore what’s been happening for you without judgement.

I specialise in working with people who feel stuck in patterns of:

  • overthinking and anxiety
  • low self-worth and self-doubt
  • people-pleasing and difficulty setting boundaries
  • relationship anxiety and trust issues
  • emotionally draining or toxic relationship dynamics
  • feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves
  • ADHD-related emotional overwhelm and self-criticism

Together, we’ll begin to make sense of these patterns, not just intellectually, but in a way that helps you feel and respond differently in your day-to-day life.

What therapy with me focuses on
Rather than only exploring what has happened in the past, we’ll also pay attention to how these experiences are showing up in your present life, in your relationships, thoughts, emotions, and body.

The aim is to help you:

  • feel less caught in cycles of overthinking
  • build a stronger sense of self-trust
  • recognise and change unhelpful relational patterns
  • feel more emotionally grounded and secure in yourself
  • respond to situations with more clarity and confidence

Where helpful, I also offer practical tools and strategies you can use outside of sessions, such as managing overthinking, regulating emotions, and setting boundaries in real-life situations.

My approach
I offer a warm, non-judgemental and down-to-earth space where you can speak openly and feel understood.

I work integratively, drawing from psychodynamic therapy, CBT, DBT, person-centred therapy, and somatic approaches. This means we can work both with understanding why things feel the way they do, and also with how to begin shifting patterns in the present.

I don’t believe therapy should only stay in the therapy room. Where it feels right for you, we can also focus on gentle, practical changes that support you in your everyday life.

I’m also mindful that culture, family expectations, and early relational experiences can deeply shape how we relate to ourselves and others, and this can be explored at your pace if it feels relevant.

About me
I’m a qualified integrative therapist with an MSc in Counselling and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology. I am a registered member of the BACP and an accredited member of the NCPS, and I work under regular supervision and ongoing professional development.

Many of the people I work with come to therapy feeling like they’ve tried to understand themselves alone for a long time, but still feel stuck in the same emotional patterns. My focus is not only on understanding these patterns, but on helping you begin to change how you relate to yourself and others in a meaningful way.
