About me
I’m Priyanka, a NCPS accredited integrative therapist offering a warm, supportive space where you can explore what you’re going through without feeling judged or pressured to have everything figured out.
Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming. You may be scrolling through profiles wondering who you would feel comfortable opening up to, or whether someone will truly understand what you’re experiencing. Taking the first step can feel daunting, but you don’t have to have the perfect words or a clear explanation of what is wrong. We can begin wherever you are.
Perhaps, from the outside, it looks like you are coping well, but internally you feel overwhelmed, stuck, or exhausted from constantly thinking, analysing, and trying to hold everything together.
You may find yourself replaying conversations, questioning your decisions, being hard on yourself, struggling to set boundaries, or feeling responsible for keeping everyone else happy. You might notice patterns in your relationships that leave you feeling drained, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward.
Maybe you already understand some of these patterns but still feel caught in them. Therapy can offer a space to slow down, make sense of your experiences, and begin creating meaningful change.
How I can help
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, overthinking, low self-esteem, self-doubt, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.
Together, we can explore what may be keeping you stuck and develop a deeper understanding of your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and needs. My aim is to support you in building greater self-trust, healthier boundaries, and a stronger connection with yourself.
My approach
I’m an integrative therapist with an MSc in Counselling and over 1,000 hours of clinical experience supporting clients.
I work integratively, drawing from person-centred therapy, CBT, psychodynamic therapy, and DBT-informed approaches. This means our sessions are tailored to you, combining a deeper understanding of your experiences with practical support for challenges you are facing now.
I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, understood, and able to be yourself. I also recognise that our upbringing, relationships, culture, and family experiences can shape how we see ourselves and relate to others. These parts of your story can be explored at a pace that feels right for you.
