About me
People often come to therapy when something in life feels overwhelming, stuck, or difficult to make sense of. You may be experiencing anxiety, ADHD, low mood, trauma, grief, or challenges within family and close relationships.
I am an experienced therapist, qualified in psychotherapeutic counselling for adults and young people, organisational psychology, and coaching. My approach combines psychological depth with a warm, supportive style.
Our sessions are conversational and thoughtfully boundaried. We explore whatever you bring in a collaborative way, and the relationship we build together becomes an important part of the work.
My psychotherapy training is in Transactional Analysis, an approach that explores how early experiences shape the way we think, feel, and relate to others. Alongside this, I draw on ideas and techniques from approaches you may have heard of, including CBT, somatic therapy, and Internal Family Systems, when they are helpful.
I share psychological insights where useful, offering ideas that can support deeper reflection and understanding. Some sessions may feel quiet and reflective; others may involve emotional release or a shift in perspective. However the work unfolds, I will meet you with curiosity, respect, and care.
