About me
About Me
Hello, I’m Peter, a qualified and experienced integrative therapist offering psychotherapy to adults both in-person and online. I’m a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), dedicated to providing a compassionate, non-judgemental, and supportive environment where you can explore your emotions, challenges, and experiences.
Therapy with Me
I take an integrative approach to my work. This means I draw on various therapeutic modalities and tailor each session to meet your unique needs. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, identity questions, trauma, or other challenges, my aim is to support you in gaining insight, building resilience, and rediscovering your strengths.
Our work will focus on building a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship, as I believe this connection is the foundation for meaningful change. Through this relationship, we can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a safe space, uncover patterns, and work toward creating more positive ways of being. I aim to meet you with empathy, curiosity, and respect, ensuring you feel valued and supported throughout your therapy journey.
My Therapy Spaces
I offer in-person sessions from my therapy rooms in Pimlico and Brixton, which are warm, comfortable, and inviting spaces designed to help you feel at ease. Both spaces are conveniently located close to public transport, making them accessible and practical for clients. If online therapy suits your needs better, I provide the same level of care and support in a virtual setting, ensuring therapy is accessible wherever you are across the UK and Ireland.
Next Steps
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel a little daunting, but you don’t have to do it alone. If you’re ready to start your journey, please feel free to get in touch to arrange an initial consultation. I offer a free 15-30 minute consultation call, where we can discuss how we might work together to help you move toward healing, growth, and self-discovery.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
