About me
Hello and welcome.
Taking the step to seek counselling can feel daunting, but it can also be the beginning of meaningful change. I offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly about what is happening in your life and explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.
I am an Integrative Counsellor, which means I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches to suit the individual needs of each client rather than using a single fixed method. I work collaboratively, recognising that every person’s experiences and challenges are unique.
I offer online counselling for adults, providing a confidential and accessible space where you can receive support from the comfort of your own environment.
Training, qualifications & experience
I hold a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and have experience supporting clients with a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties. These include bereavement, addictions, stress, anxiety, anger management, and low self-esteem, as well as challenges relating to life transitions and personal relationships.
I also have experience working with neurodiversity, including individuals with ADHD and other forms of neurodivergence. I understand that neurodivergent individuals may experience the world differently and may have faced misunderstanding or pressure to conform to expectations that do not reflect how their minds naturally work. My aim is to provide a space where you feel understood, respected, and supported in exploring what works best for you.
