I have a vast knowledge and experience of helping adults overcome a wide range of mental health difficulties, including low mood, anxiety and stress.

Is CBT or EMDR Therapy right for me?
Not all forms of counselling are the same and I appreciate it can very difficult trying to establish which approach would suit you best. If you are really not sure if CBT or EMDR is the right therapy for you, I would be very happy to arrange a free 10-15 minute telephone conversation to answer any questions you might have. Over the years I have developed a large network of local colleagues who I can recommend if I believe their approach might be more suitable for you.
Please do get in touch if you are not sure. There is no charge for this initial telephone discussion.
Therapy Approach
The most important aspect of any talking therapy is the development of a sound therapeutic relationship. I wants you to feel safe to talk about your problems without fear of judgement or shame.
My approach is tailored to the needs of each individual, collaboratively working alongside you to overcome the problems you are struggling with and helping you to work towards your goals for treatment.
I am passionate about helping people to overcome their problems so they can live the best lives they possibly can, fulfilling their potential and living the life that’s important to them.
