About me
Life, at times, can be difficult and overwhelming and you might find you need a space in which you can feel safe, comfortable and securely supported, where you are free to speak openly, be listened to and be heard confidentially. I have experience in helping individuals with a variety of emotional, mental health and behavioural issues. I offer each client the time and opportunity they need to explore their issues and determine the changes they would like accomplish to make their life better.
I am a qualified integrative counsellor which means I am able to adapt and apply a variety tools and techniques from different therapeutic approaches and tailor them to help each client with their specific needs and issues.
I practice equality, diversity and inclusion. Each person can expect to be accepted and treated warmly, with dignity and respect and without judgement. I give support and help to those experiencing anxiety, panic attacks, stress, anger and depression, suicidal thoughts, interpersonal, relational and family issues, grief, bereavement and loss using creative techniques and resources.
