About me

Hi my name is Patricia and I'm a trained counsellor, offering face to face, online and phone therapy.

Life, at times, can be difficult and overwhelming and you might find you need a space  where you are free to speak openly, be listened to and be heard confidentially. As a therapeutic counsellor, I have experience in helping individuals, either face to face or remotely by online or phone, with a variety of emotional, mental health and behavioural issues. I offer each client the time and opportunity they need to explore their issues and determine the changes they would like to accomplish to make their life better.

My approach to counselling is integrative allowing me to be able to adapt and apply a variety of therapeutic tools and techniques from different approaches. Clients experience therapy tailored  specifically for them. I work to help couples in relationship crisis, as well as individual clients facing  personal issues such as experiences of trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, mood swings and suicidal thoughts. I also work to support those experiencing family related issues, grief, bereavement and loss. often applying creative tools and techniques.

If you are experiencing any emotional issues and would like to have counselling then please, contact me on 07356 041819 or email me on restoringhope.counsellinguk@gmail.com
