About me

Counselling for Anxiety, ADHD, Autism, Depression & Low Self-Esteem

Are anxiety, stress, or self-doubt holding you back? Perhaps you’re living with ADHD, autism, or other neurodiverse experiences and finding daily life overwhelming. Counselling can provide a safe, supportive space to explore your challenges and work towards meaningful change.

I am a qualified counsellor offering therapy for adults experiencing:

Anxiety, stress, and panic (including Generalised Anxiety Disorder)
Depression and low mood
ADHD and autism-related challenges
Low self-esteem and confidence issues
Learning difficulties and poor mental health impacting daily life.

My approach is integrative and flexible, combining Person-Centred counselling with CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) techniques and elements of life coaching where appropriate. Sessions are collaborative, confidential, and tailored to your needs—helping you to:

Understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours
Develop practical coping strategies
Build confidence and resilience
Move towards self-acceptance and positive change
I believe you are the expert in your own life. My role is to listen, guide, and support you as you work towards greater clarity, balance, and well-being.

I respond to all enquiries within 48 hours. If you don’t see my reply, please check your junk/spam folder or contact me directly on 07359 472485.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
