About me
Feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, or like you're running on empty?
Hi, I’m Olivia. If you’re finding it hard to keep up with daily life, feeling constantly drained no matter how much rest you get, or struggling with low mood, poor sleep, or brain fog—you’re not alone. These can all be signs of burnout, and I’m here to help you through it.
I support people who are feeling stretched too thin—emotionally, mentally, and physically. Together, we can gently explore what’s going on beneath the surface, understand what’s contributing to the overwhelm, and work towards feeling more grounded and in control again.
My approach is calm, compassionate, and centred on you. In our sessions, you'll have a space where you can slow down, feel heard, and reflect without judgment. We'll work at your pace to bring clarity to what you're experiencing and reconnect with what truly matters to you.
I also have a special interest in supporting people with ADHD and/or chronic illness, drawing from my own lived experience. I understand how these can overlap with burnout and impact daily life in unique ways.
If this sounds like the kind of support you're looking for, I offer a free short phone consultation to see if we’d be a good fit. Feel free to get in touch via email to arrange a time.
I’d love to hear from you.
Training, qualifications & experience
I completed my Counselling and Psychotherapy degree at the University of Salford, and I am experienced working with a wide variety of clients. I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), meaning I adhere to their ethical framework throughout my work.
Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
