About me
Hello and welcome. I am a fully qualified, experienced therapist working in the humanistic approach.
I offer a safe, non-judgemental, creative space for both individual and couples therapy. I see every client as a unique, whole self-organised and self-regulating being, who I treat with respect. That is why our work will be tailored to your unique needs.
I embrace meeting you where you are in your life, here and now, and I honour your capacity for healing and growth.
I work with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, stress, shame, guilt, anger, childhood trauma, life crisis, identity issues, health issues, self-esteem, relationship issues, parenting difficulties, burn-outs, “stuckness”, apathy and more.
I have extensive experience working with Complex trauma, and have been working for charities supporting war displaced people for the past 3 years. I can offer a range of tools, both evidence based and effective, and will look to find the unique way to support you in your journey of healing.
The therapy journey with me can be a creative process, that unlocks your own creativity, spontaneity and vitality. I provide a fruitful space for your exploration of why you are where you are, what your needs are, understanding your strengths, your beliefs, and how you relate to others in your life.
My journey with psychology started over 20 years ago, and it continues to this day. I have studied Psychology, Psychotherapy and Counselling, both academically and clinically, integrating various evidence-based approaches and theories into my practice.
My therapeutical background is in both Gestalt and Embodied psychotherapy. That is why sessions with me are dialogical, non-leading, experiential and can include work with the body and movement. Together with that, I use knowledge and tools from Transactional Analysis, and Emotionally Focused Therapy, Attachment Theory – especially when working with couples.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
