About me
Many people I work with feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or exhausted from trying to manage on their own. Some are exploring a late diagnosis of ADHD, Autisum or other forms of neurodivergence; others are parents looking to support their child who is struggling to express emotions or manage big feelings.
I offer a calm, compassionate space where you don’t need to mask, explain yourself or have everything figured out. Together, we can gently explore what’s going on underneath the surface, at a pace that feels safe and manageable.
I am an HCPC-registered art psychotherapist and ADHD coach with a particular interest in working with people looking for support for ADHD and Autism. I work with adults and children, adapting my approach to suit each person’s needs.
Who I work with
I may be a good fit if you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or questioning who you are, especially if you’re neurodivergent or have only recently started to understand yourself in this way.
What to expect in your first session
There’s no pressure to know what to say or do. We can go at your pace and focus on what feels most important to you. I aim to offer a calm, compassionate space where you can feel understood and can be yourself.

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
