About me
Hi! I am Noemi, thank you for stopping by.
Whatever has brought you here, I hope to offer a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself.
Perhaps you have spent much of your life feeling that you needed to adapt or hide parts of yourself just to get through the day. You may find yourself questioning what you truly want, who you truly are or why things that seem manageable for others feel so difficult for you.
Maybe you are navigating stress, anxiety, trauma, struggling in your relationships or experiencing low self-confidence. You might find yourself moving through periods of burnout, emotional exhaustion, low mood or a loss of purpose, leaving you feeling disconnected from yourself and the life you want to live. This can be a very painful place to be, especially when there is a sense that something important about who you are has been overlooked or lost along the way.
If you experience life deeply, have a rich inner world or process things differently, you may find my approach particularly supportive. Although my practice is open to everyone, many of the people I work with identify as autistic, ADHD, highly sensitive and/or creative.
To me, counselling is a shared journey built on trust. I place great importance on the quality of our therapeutic relationship, always showing up as myself while remaining attuned to your unique experience. People who have worked with me often describe me as warm and easy to talk to. I believe that when you feel truly heard and accepted, it becomes possible to explore what lies beneath your experiences and understand yourself better, and this can help you create meaningful change in your life.
My approach is integrative, with a focus on trauma and neurodiversity awareness, alongside an understanding of how our relationships and environments can influence our wellbeing. My background and extensive experience in community-focused support helped me understand the importance of genuine human connection and recognising each person's unique experiences, rather than a one-size-fits-all model. This belief guides everything I do in my practice.
Like many people, I have also experienced challenging times in my own life. The acceptance and kindness I received from my own therapists made a real difference to me, and it is the same level of support and care that I hope to offer you.
I know how difficult it can be to reach out, so if something in this profile has resonated with you, please feel free to book a free introductory call with absolutely no pressure or obligation to move forward. I would be honoured to support you as you reconnect with yourself on this part of your journey.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
