I began working as a psychotherapist and with people who had severe mental health issues over 20 years ago. So Ive seen and heard a lot of things. The things that have happened to you, that you think or feel, are not likely to shock me and will not judge you. I will respect and listen to you. Then I will help you to move towards the life you want.

Appointments can be Face to Face sessions, over the internet, or by phone, and are up to 50 minutes for £50.

Sessions are normally weekly, but can be twice weekly, every 2 weeks, or monthly, according to our agreed treatment plan.
Double length sessions may also be available according to need and the type of therapy. There is an additional charge for regression / hypnotherapy. Audio recordings for home listening are also available, as a follow-up.

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

Seeking therapy has been the single best decision I have made for myself and I am so grateful that I clicked on Nina's name when I began my search for a therapist.
