About me
From the outside, things might look fine. But inside, it feels quite different!
You might be tired of overthinking everything. Tired of trying to hold it together. Maybe your mind doesn’t switch off, or you find yourself going over the same things again and again. If you’re feeling stuck and anxiety and overthinking have become the main characters in your life, please do reach out!
About me…
I’m warm, down to earth, and I’ll work alongside you, asking questions, noticing patterns, and helping you connect the dots. Sometimes that means support, sometimes gentle challenge, and sometimes just having a space where you don’t have to hold everything on your own.
I’m an accredited member of the BACP with over 1,000 hours of client experience, working both in-person and online.
What it’s like to work with me…
Much of my work focuses on helping people understand patterns that keep repeating, and finding ways to begin shifting them. Sessions are relaxed and conversational. You don’t need to prepare anything or know what to say - we’ll start wherever you are. Some sessions might feel more reflective, others more practical. We might explore patterns, talk things through, or focus on what might help things feel different day-to-day.
There’s no pressure to go deeper than you’re ready for, but I’ll gently help you move forward when it feels right.

•Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills
•Level 2 Introduction to Counselling
•Certificate in Online and Telephone Counselling

I continue to develop my work through ongoing training, supervision, and experience.
Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
