About me
Hello and welcome. When something in life isn’t feeling right, it can affect everything, leaving you feeling off balance or unsure of yourself. You don’t have to carry that alone. Counselling offers a space to pause, steady yourself, and begin to make sense of what’s happening — with support, at your pace, and without judgement
I am a qualified counsellor offering warm, compassionate and non-judgemental therapy, where you can feel heard, understood and accepted as you are. My approach is collaborative, thoughtful and down-to-earth. I work integratively, drawing on humanistic counselling and evidence-based CBT approaches to support emotional wellbeing, deepen self-understanding, and develop practical, meaningful ways of coping.
I work with adults (18+) from all backgrounds and walks of life, who may be experiencing a range of emotional challenges, including generalised or specific anxiety, panic, low mood, low self-esteem, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, and questions around identity, purpose or direction. Anxiety is one of the areas I work with most frequently, and I support clients to understand the patterns that keep it going, build confidence, and find steadier ways of responding. I also have an interest in supporting people through life stage transitions, including midlife and menopause, where emotional, physical and relational changes can begin to shift how you feel within yourself and in the world around you. Many people I work with are used to holding a lot—emotionally, mentally, at work and in their relationships. Over time, this imbalance can lead to feeling overwhelmed, depleted, or disconnected from who you are and what you need.
People come to counselling for many different reasons. You might be feeling stuck, anxious, or unsure why things don’t feel quite right. You may be used to coping on your own, or find it hard to prioritise your own needs. Whatever has brought you here, we can begin to explore it together in a way that feels safe, supportive, and at a pace that feels manageable.
Sessions are available online or in-person from comfortable counselling rooms in Corsham.
I offer a free introductory call, giving us a chance to briefly talk about what’s brought you to counselling, and to see whether working together feels like the right fit.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
