About me
Sometimes life and its many challenges can feel like a lot to deal with on your own.
From anxiety, depression, and low mood to the demands of work, parenting, and changing relationships. For lots of people these things come with feelings of being lost, stuck, or overwhelmed. For others it might feel like people don’t really understand you or what you’re going through or that you don't fit in.
Whatever you’re facing, you don’t have to face it alone.
I work with adults who are navigating these transitions or searching for a deeper sense of meaning and identity, including exploring neurodiversity and sexuality. I offer an inclusive and affirming space for LGBTQ+ and ND clients.
Counselling with me offers a steady, understanding relationship where you can bring your thoughts, feelings, and questions without pressure, judgement, or the need to have everything figured out. Together, we can work towards finding clarity and understanding in your experiences.
My approach is primarily humanistic and person-centred, but I’m able to adapt to work with you in ways that feel most helpful for you, and at a pace that feels safe and supportive for you.
Taking that first step towards support can feel daunting and for a lot of people a bit of a 'where do I even start' moment. If you'd like to book your first session with me you you can contact me through the details on this page. If you'd prefer to speak briefly to ask any questions you might have, and to give us both a chance to see if working together feels like a good fit, I'd be happy to arrange a free 15 minute phone call with you to do this.
I’m fully qualified and insured and am an Accredited Registrant Member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (MNCPS Acc.) and a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP).
I offer in-person and online counselling, usually on a weekly basis from comfortable, private rooms in Worthing and Littlehampton, West Sussex. Online appointments are via secure video link.
You can choose between open-ended or fixed-term sessions depending on what feels right for you. If we decide to work open-endedly, your weekly slot is yours for as long as you’d like it. If you prefer a fixed-term arrangement, we can agree on a number of sessions or a time period to work within.
I aim to respond to all enquiries within 48 hours (Monday–Friday). If you’ve emailed or filled out the contact form, please check your junk or spam folder in case my reply ends up there.
