About me
Hi I'm Nicola and I understand how daunting it can be taking the first step into therapy. I am gentle in my approach and believe in working alongside you in a way that feels organic.
I am a qualified and accredited CBT Therapist, however, I take an integrative approach as each person has individual needs and their therapy journey is unique to them.
I have almost 7 years experience working in a trauma-based environment helping people navigate their trauma or adverse childhood experiences. I am experienced in working with a range of issues including depression, anxiety, phobia, panic and trauma. Whatever the problem, I am passionate, committed and invested in creating a safe space for us to explore it together.
Life can be fast paced and overwhelming at times. Therapy provides the space to unpackage and gain a valuable insight into yourself. We will work as a team to ensure that you get the most from our journey together.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The BABCP is the lead organisation for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in the UK. Membership is open to anyone with an interest in the practice, theory or development of CBT. BABCP also provides accreditation for CBT therapists. BABCP accredited members adhere to the Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics in the Practice of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, and are willing to be scrutinised in this adherence as required.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
