The ADHD Psychologist - PsychD, MSc, BSc (Hons)

About me

My ADHD specialist partners and I help ADHD adults, teens, and children (11+) to discover relief from overwhelm, ease from anxiety, and courage to be true to themselves, for greater fulfilment in life and relationships.

I offer therapy in-person in Woking, Surrey, and online across the UK and beyond. Feel free to join my mailing list for news and resources.

Perhaps you have a sense you struggle more than others, which can leave you feeling ashamed and unsure of yourself. With an unruly mind and relentless anxiety, you can feel held back from what’s important to you in life and relationships. Some part of you knows there's a happier more fulfilled 'you' desperate to get out. I offer a nurturing and empowering space, where we'll discover who you are with more clarity, ease, and trust in yourself, for greater fulfilment in life.

Through my own journey, I’ve found myself with the wonderful privilege of supporting ADHDers to feel happier in themselves and more at ease in life and relationships. I’m here to help you share and make sense of your story to overcome what’s holding you back. Feel free to check out my website and get in touch. Together we'll find your way forward.

Training, qualifications & experience

Over 16 years working in psychology in the NHS and beyond, I've helped many ADHDers come away from therapy feeling better within themselves. I bring my background in neuropsychology (understanding the brain) to helping ADHDers through therapy. I offer a neurodiversity-affirming approach where you can develop the courage and freedom to be true to yourself in a more fulfilling life.

I'm trained to a doctoral level to work with a range of proven therapies, which I integrate and adapt to meet your unique personal needs.

  • PsychD Counselling Psychology
  • MSc Cognitive Neuroscience
  • BSc (Hons) Psychology with Neuropsychology

Although I’ve learned much over the years, you’re still the expert on you and your unique life. I’m here to help you share and make sense of your story to overcome what’s holding you back.

With this in mind, I'll let you know more about how I work and what I can offer you. From there, many find within a session or two they begin to experience some initial relief, and a taste of hope and change to come.
