About me
Does it feel like it’s all got a bit too much? That something needs to change… but you don’t know what or how?
Perhaps you’re anxious and worrying a lot, facing difficult choices, or feeling bad about things you've done. Maybe you’re struggling with relationships or your self-esteem, grieving, or feeling lost.
You don’t have to go through this on your own. Talking things through with someone who listens carefully and doesn’t judge can really make a difference.
Together we can unpack what’s going on, what’s weighing you down and what’s holding you back. Working at your pace, we can explore your thoughts, feelings and patterns - reflecting on what may be influencing these and how they're impacting you. We can also look at any changes you may wish to make and what can help you get there.
I offer a collaborative and conversational approach in a calm safe space. You may just want to tell your story and be heard, or perhaps you’re looking for more support – that’s something we can talk about.
Our conversations are confidential, and I’m always guided by what matters to you and your reasons for coming to therapy.
As an integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist, I'm trained to use different types of therapy to meet your needs. My foundations lie in person-centred therapy, built on warmth, trust and acceptance to take us towards your goals.
I'm a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and abide by their code of ethics.
I offer short term and open-ended therapy, in person and online. In person sessions are in East Dulwich (SE22).

Training, qualifications & experience
I have a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of East London.
In addition to private practice, I've worked in a south London counselling and psychotherapy centre and for a charity offering support to families affected by abuse.
I've worked with clients on a range of issues including: anxiety, depression, sadness, stress, overwhelm, self-esteem, control, personal and family relationships, difficult childhood experiences, identity, anger, navigating change, loss, grief, and work place issues.
Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
