About me
I offer Individual, Relationship and Psychosexual, Sex addiction therapy in addition to clinical supervision. I am an integrative therapist with training and experience in many different therapeutic orientations, including CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), Psychodynamic, Systemic, EMDR and NLP (Nero Linguistic Programming). This enables me to work collaboratively with my clients to find the most effective approach to gain the outcome they are looking for.
My specialism is Relationships, Sex and Sex Addiction. I have worked in this area for 18 years. We are all in relationships with other people, with all the complexity that creates. I can provide support, help and ways forward in dealing with life’s relationships which can be partners, family, friends, sex, ourselves, drink or food. I work with my clients to develop their understanding of themselves and others and give them tools to make the changes they want in their lives.

I have taught counselling skills at the Hills Road college, and I previously worked as a tutor for the Relate Institute, I am a Psychosexual Therapist, Relationship Counsellor, Supervisor and Trainer, I worked for Cambridge Relate for 14 years on the management team. I have 15 years experience. I value a wide breath of training to look at overall wellbeing and have attended many different courses including training in Mindfulness, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and Reiki.

The Association for Treatment of Sexual Addiction and Compulsivity (ATSAC) is the leading UK organisation providing hope, information, support, and treatment options for those affected by sexual addiction and compulsivity.
ATSAC sets standards of practice for qualified therapists and provides accreditation for specialist training courses. A therapist who has gone through ATSAC recognised training will have the knowledge to respect and work with you sensitively to find out how best to support your needs.
Therapy options may include one-to-one sessions, group work, and/or relationship counselling. ATSAC is a not-for-profit organisation.
COSRT is the UK’s leading membership organisation for therapists specialising in sexual and relationship issues.
